What ways can I pay on

What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?

Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order.

You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).

How Long is the Warranty on My Product Good For? offers a one-year warranty on all products sold through the Izone365 site. The warranty is in effect from the date listed on your invoice. If your product requires repair, the standard warranty provided by the supplier/manufacturer will apply. All warranties through Izone365 apply within the limits of UAE unless specified otherwise. We will assist with the claim process with the manufacturer.
