Returns / Exchange

Please read all the conditions below.
iZone365.com reserves the right to refuse a return/refund/ exchange request.
Please make your claims for “damaged items on delivery” or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 30 days after your purchase. The following conditions apply:

All returned items must be in new condition (AS SOLD CONDITION), in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

Goods must be complete, unused, and in ‘AS NEW’ condition as received. If the box has been opened we can not return the item.

Include the invoice with the return. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect, in a separate sheet of paper and attach it along with the invoice. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product’s factory packing (carton) or product itself.
Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or sent by a courier.

Delivery charges for returning an item(s) are to be paid and are the responsibility of the customer.

Send pre-authorised returns to the address mentioned in the contact us page.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Canceling an Order

Please notify us either by phone at +971-56-998-6387  or email info@izone365.com If you could let us know the reason for cancellation, we will improve our service and perhaps do things a little better next time.

If you decide to cancel the order, please do so as soon as possible. You can cancel the order within 12 hours.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

PROMOTIONAL, DEALS, SALE, DISCOUNT AND SELLING WITH SUPER LOW PRICE PRODUCTS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

This is our Standard Return Policy for Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount Stock Clearance Sale and Selling with Super Low Price Products doesn’t cover warranty/replacement/refund. Items covered by this policy must be returned for replacement within 24hrs of the invoice date. Will be applied to Restocking Fee from 15%. No warranty of any kind would be available on any products that are provided as part of promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or noted as free or super low price.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return and replacement.

  • Any physical damage
  • An invoice has not indicated the warranty period
  • other accessories from the original box
  • Returned without the original invoice

TABLETS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Tablets. Items covered by this policy can be replaced or exchanged within 7 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within UAE) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But for exchanging product delivery charges will apply.

LAPTOPS, NETBOOKS, All in One & DESKTOPS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Return for replacement within 7 days
  • Return for refund within 3 days
  • Restocking Fee: Yes
  • Warranty: As per mention on Izone365 web site

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Laptops and Netbooks. Items covered by this policy can be replacement or exchange within 7 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within UAE) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But for exchanging product delivery charges will apply. Branded Laptops, Netbooks, All in Ones and Desktops warranty can be claimed from brand dealers or through Izone365.

The following conditions are not acceptable for return, replacement.

  • Any physical damage
  • Laptops and Netbooks that are missing the manufacturer label containing a model number and part number
  • Laptops and Netbooks that are missing the manufacturer warranty label
  • Laptops and Netbooks that were missing parts, box, adapters or any other accessories from the original box
  • Returned without the original invoice
  • Laptops and Netbooks which not satisfying manufacturer warranty policy
  • Laptops and Netbooks which is not satisfying Customer Satisfaction policy
  • Laptops and Netbooks models that are coming with original Windows or any other software, after using them, activating or starting software cannot be returned or replaced.

REFURBISHED OR RECERTIFIED LAPTOPS, NETBOOKS STANDARD RETURN POLICY

  • Return for refund within 3 days
  • Return for replacement within 7 days
  • Restocking Fee: No
  • Warranty: As per mention on Izone365 web site

This is our Standard Return and Warranty policy for Refurbished or Recertified Laptops and Netbooks. Items covered by this policy can be returned within 3 days of the invoice date. Warranty pick & drop from customer location (only within UAE) will be free of charge within 7 days of the invoice date. But for exchanging product delivery charges will apply.

  • Any physical damage
  • Laptops and Netbooks that are missing the manufacturer label containing a model number and part number
